Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — low voltage in private houses

Dear madam/sir,

We are residents of farmhouses in village narpur, po: chor sidhwan, teh. & distt. Gurdaspur, punjab.
We have lot of problems in our houses using different electricity equipments. Fans, coolers, water motors, refrigerator are not getting proper voltage to work properly. Measured input voltage is approximate 160volts. Usage of an ac is impossible with this voltage.
We request to make necessary step to provide us proper supply.
