Why has the board given complaint toll free no.s and mobiles to officers . I have been trying to contact JE South City Ludhiana since morning .number of SDO and XEN not available.Phone switched off. Complaint centre phone of the hook. No light since morning today in south city F Block, do I call the chairman of PSPCL.

There is no light in city. Local consumer no. Is also no attending the complaint calls. There is nobody in city to resolve the complaint.
