Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — meter reading too fast and bill very high

Dear sir,
My consumer no.[protected] on the name of chiranji lal address. Hari nagar, lal singh basti road, st no. 3 # 27292 bathinda (151001) sir, there is some problms in meter. The reading is to fast from last 3 months. I noticed that whem my elelctricity bill is rs. 16000. Its first time that the my home electricity bill incres rs.16000 i never payed that much bill before. If you see my past bill record, its never be upto 7-8 thousand. And the current bill 16000. I m not pay that much bill please help me, please solve this meter and bill issue as soon as possible, i shall be thankful to your faithfully, yeshwant saini
