This is to inform that i have a domestic connection with meter a/c no. [protected]. My name is appearing wrong on the electricity bill & as a reason i am unable to produce this bill as residential proof. I have already lodged a written complaint regarding this to the concern department. The correct name and address is given below.

Dear Sir,
I am Col Pal Singh, having house number 665 at SST NAGAR, Patiala. My Electricity Bill Account Number is [protected] .
My name in the Bill is being written wrongly as Col PAUL SINGH . I have requested your office located at Fort Patiala to correct my name as Col Pal Singh. But no action is being taken by them. I have sent a copy of affidavit and a copy of original letter issued to me by the Improvement Trust Patiala vide which they allotted me the plot number 665 at SST NAGAR.
A copy affidavit and a copy of Improvement Trust Letter are attached .
Kindly correct my name as Col Pal Singh in the Bill please.
