The customer satisfaction rating says it all 6 percent that is it. I am a resident of Harmilap Nagar phase I Baltana NAC Zirakpur SAS Nagar Mohali Punjab and we constantly suffer due to long electricity cuts. The problem has become more prominent during this month (June 2022) where we have constantly had electricity cuts from 10 at night extending till next morning even if there is electricity then there is voltage fluctuation. This problem has been experienced by only one or two phases with no resolve. I would say I am completely dissatisfied with the services be it the complaint centre because they know nothing when the power will be back on and the electricity board which is providing no respite even when temperature are as high as 46.
