Hello Respected sir/madam, I am the resident of Dhanas - Aman colony, Chandigarh (west of sector 14). I am living in a rented house with my family.I bought 3 marla (approx. 810 sq.feet) land in vikas nagar ( Nayagaon, near PGI ) about 10 years ago. At that time there was no electric wires there, but because of the surrounding built houses (as they need electricity), the electric department pass the LT line over my plot. In mid of july I went in the Electricity Department (venue: mullanpur) and talked to the incharge person and he said that you firstly have to write an application, after that line man will see the plot site and then they will decide to remove the electric LT line.So, I wrote and gave the application to S.D.O.sir (Mr. Chahal) and complaint about that and then sir send me to J.E. and J.E. (Mr. Pawan Kumar) said to me that it would take a month to see the plot site. But they did not came to saw plot site even i call them and went to the department about 3 times a week for whole month and after month they started rejecting my calls. Two months later, In september S.D.O. gave me the mobile number of Mr. Gopal, i talked to mr.gopal and he said that it was not his duty and talk with J.E. about that. After some days I went again and at last they send Mr.Rajpal with me to see the plot site and that same day Mr. Gopal also came to see plot site.Then they said we cannot replace the wires and its not our duty, So talk with J.E. about that and he will see, and then tell you what to do.But J.E. did not care about that, so i went again to meet S.D.O. sir and he sent his employ - Deep singh with me. I deposited ₹500/- in office and then Deep singh gave me of embarking estimate and told me to go to the S.D.O. sir table and submit your estimate there.Next day when I turn to deposit the money according to estimate, they misplaced my estimate. One month then went out. In October Deep Singh get transferred to Mohali. I went to mohali and I requested him to make my estimate again and he make my new estimate after few weeks. In end of October when I went to department to submit my estimate, they said that we had gotten your old estimate. I got frustrated at that time but I calmly deposited money in the office. Now, Has been over a month, the money deposited, But LT wires are not replaced and whenever i went to the S.D.O. office they just said it's our duty we will see what we can do, keep passions and calm. I started my house construction in mid of July and it is stopped because of these wires. I cannot built my lenter because of the LT wire passing over my plot. It has been over 5 months to move here and there(Dhanas, mullanpur, Nayagaon), whenever i go they just told me, "it will be done, Keep patience" S.D.O. Mr. Chahal +91-[protected] J.E.
