Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Online bill not generated and no response from customer email

Hi,

I pay online bill for my elderly parents, never had an issue.
But this time my parents have got the paper bill but there is no bills visible on online account.
I sent several emails to 1921 email address but they don't respond.
Can someone help ?
