Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — overcharged electricity bill

My account number [protected]. House number 4172. Sector 68.
Our electric meter is not working for last 3 months
Consumption units of the last year avaerage are being charged to us for last 3 months
Despite repeated complaints our meter is not changed for last 4 months
Kindly look into this matter at the earliest
The bill which we are charged now is the average o[censored]nits consumed in last year. But than we had single meter for all floors. For last 4 months we put new meters for our tenants and our meter became non functional
As a result we still are paying the average combined bill for all the floors
Plz a request to repair our meter as soon as possible

Respected sir
Mr.jasbeer Singh son of gurbachan Singh v.Ramgarh Killian, po.mukerian hoshiarpur zip code 144211. Is using kundi connection in his house for air conditioning from last three years. There are some open connection on his house and he is using till now.please take suitable action against him.
