Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Pay bill Twice through different modes

I paid the bill today (29/11/2016) at around 2:00 AM through online mode (net banking) and my family member again paid the bill in afternoon as they don't know that I already paid the bill and the collector collects the bill without providing such information. So my question is why this happened as I already paid the bill online and will I get my money back?
