Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — payment deducted from bank but not showing in bill receipt

Dear sir,

On date 04/09/2017 at 11:45 am, i paid my bill through pspcl website. I paid rs 1410 through state bank internet banking. But due to some technical issue, bill receipt not generated and also it is not showing in "bill receipts" link at website.

Transaction id for deducted amount is jsbi[protected]igabylywv2
Made punjab state electricity pun_elec payments
