Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — payment of bill

My act no is [protected] and i have deposited paynent vide receipt no 6827 at counter id ts2769 on dt 26.9.17
But now when i check bill online at web site it still shows pending bill
Copy of receit and screen short of pending bill is attaced for ref pl
