Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — power cut almost entire day

Hello sir/Mam
I am a resident of street number 11 last chowk, abohar are suffering from long power cuts the entire day and night hours from last few days.
It is becoming very difficult for us all to carry out normal routine activities.
I have heard there is some fault in the transformer which supply our area but the problem is not being rectified and we are not able to contact any personnel regarding this.
Kindly look into this matter on a priority basis and do the needful urgently.
