PSPCL android app & SAP portal link to pay electricity bills is not working. What kind of service is this. the link is not working from 1 year. Totally unacceptable. Shame on PSEB Punjab Govt. deptt. Even many Account nos are still not mapped with android app. For those updated in app, many account nos payment is not possible just because bill is not updated in system.
