Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — refund of failed transaction

I was paying bill of amount rs.380/- for consumer no. [protected] on 08.03.2018 payment was debited from bank account but not transferred to pspcl under bank reference no. Lsbi[protected]igadbjzhn5
.
I had to make another payment of rs 380/- which was successfull.
Kindly refund the failed transaction of rs. 380/- into same account.
