Punjab State Power Corporation [PSPCL] — Still waiting

I was sent three complaints in two months but i never raced any response from pspcl.
On 25th of august in 2016 i requested and submit an application for change of name, fees was paid and verification is done in november 2016 but still my name not shown in files and power bills.

Service order was[protected]
If i will not hear from pspcl within few days i will take the legal step.
