Fatehgarh sahib had applied for 5 hp tubewell connection on ground of my handicapped category vide receipt no.444 (Book no.B 21989 ) date 17.01.1992 of rupees 120 /-.At sirhind circle.Vide a/a 6553 date 17 january 1992.Kindly tell us the status of our connection so that we can apply or fulfill other formalities to possession of our connection. & oblige
