Resp sir I was deposited rs 3170 on 26th march 2017 through pnb net banking from sb ac [protected] to pspcl ac g57gt631294x under payment id[protected] and marchant order id is pyu[protected] and status was successful. When next pspcl bill received i note that previous bill rs 3170 with surcharge added in this bill. Then i send my complaint at customers care. Customers care forward it to pspcl under status update id 1572254 dated 17th may 2017. I also lodge complaints on [protected] on17th may and 23rd may under no m[protected] and m[protected]. Sir till now i have not received any massage regarding solution of my complaint and no amount refunded in any of my accounts. You again requested to make necessary action immediately to solve my problem. What the he'll us this sir/man very long time power cut . Please solve the problem and very long time power cut in balongi last night that is 25/05/2017 and time is night 10 o clock and light come back next morning 9 o clock and all night my family cannot be sleep
