My account number is [protected] Electricity meter was in the box of pspcl which caught fire in april 2017. It responsibility of the pspcl to take care of the meter box and in the event of accident it must be replaced immediately.in such situation average bill is charged but i have got excess bill rs 6940/- for 9/5/2017 to 5/6/2017. Since last 3 days There is no regular power supply in few houses in Kot Mangal Singh Area, St No 32, Ludhiana 141003.
