Dear sir as PM modi je is insisting county people for cash less India. Organization like punjab state electricity board is charging Rs 30 extra for online bill payment. This type of act is demoralizing people who want to do cash less transaction. Today I have paid my father's electricity bill consumer no H64TK520472M online.
