Dear Sir/Madam,

Electricity wire of our house has six joints and all wire damaged. Because of that we are facing light fluctuation problem. We have discussed this case with local department many times. It is approximately six months gone but no solution provided by your local department. We have lodged a complaint to customer care department vide complaint No. 8857912. They also told us that the above issue will be solved by your local division we cannot do anything about this.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful asap.

I have paid my bill 24 may 2017 amount 3280 rs but pspcl attach my new bill amount again please check this transaction no[protected] online paid but your department again demand this amount last bill I visit your office she less this amount but this month bill again attach amount with late charges????
