Dear sir
I have paid my electricity bill with account no. H31sp550056y of rs.1500 on dated 26.11.19 which is last date of electricity bill through my sbi net banking on pspcl site. Payment of rs.1500 deducted from account instantly with ref. No. Rsb[protected]igahnljxc5but the receipt of bill not generated at that time. Still today on dated 28.11.19 the bill shown unpaid on pspcl site and payment of rs. 1500 was also not reverted in my sbi account. Kindly resolve this matter as early as possible.

In our street, meter almirah has placed a sharp turn of street. Due to that, whole families of our street are facing problem to turn a vehicle. Our four wheelers are almost blocked because of meter almirah.in fact there is a large space available in our colony to placed that meter almirah. But your workers were not interested to listen us. Please take suitable action.

This is my first electricity bill.

And i have consumed only 233units and my bill is 2790
Which is close to 12/- per unit

There is an issue in calculation I have raised the complaint but there is no action taken.

Feeling helpless because no one is ready to listen

I found only this way out to fix this.

How can it be 12/-

I have paid my power bill rs 1805 ac no B15SM540197Y today on Paytm... But its showing the operator is not confirming the payment... But payment in my bank account would transact. My bill is not able to pay so i am complaining this so that my bill should ne paid as fast as possible... The pspcl itself is not confirming the amount on paytm through which i paid my bill. How to resolve it...

Please help in resolving an issue which explicitly puts up sundry charges in my current bill total amounting to rs. 11, 380

Not sure why they are levied since there are no pending dues earlier and were cleared till last bill.

There was no such way to clear the bill without sundry charges that’s why i haven’t paid the bill yet.

From samana.. There is a person called bobby chanjotra from valmiki mohhala, chakla bazar city samana... Who is thefting electricity from a long time. Because of belongs to scedule caste they have get all electricity free... They get only 100-200 rs electricity bill... But still they use air conditioner, heters.. They illegally theft electricity.. I'm a responsible person of our country.. So its my duty to inform you so that you can take action against that as early as possible.. Thank u sir

I lived in 86 gaj lig flats in urban estate ph2 patiala my last 2 bill amount is 36, 000 near about its triple story flats and am stay with my mom only how many units use for us i think the boy they generate the bill by mistake. Hi my name is gurmeet kaur customer number [protected] today we got the bill amount 16830 based 1980 unit usage. This is not possible as we are just using fan and light and for one month we were not at home. Usually our bill comes around[protected] but this time its 10 times. For sure there is some issue with meter. Please let me know what is solution. We can not pay this big amount.

I have received my current bill for rs. 19810/- which includes sundry charges of rs. 13143/-. My all previous bills have been paid and nothing is over due. I am failed to understand what are these charges for. Sir, i am unable to pay this much bill. Please look into this matter and send me the correct bill.
Also, i am enclosing herewith the current bill for your perusal.

Sir there is high voltage line around 40-50 feet from ground in middle of residential area due to which our dream of buying a house is shattered as home loan not passed by bank due to this issue. We have moved earnest money regarding the home but now bank is not giving loan due to this major flaw this is the harrasment faced by my family as we have no fault and our earnest money will never return by house owners if we fail to make the deal

I am getting a wrong bill for account number [protected]. Which can be checked at this website https://billpayment.pspcl.in along with the bill history,
I have checked with other's people account on the same website. Punjab electricity department is looting punjab's people by generating faulty bills. They are all generated a round figures. If you will calculate the bill then it should tell the true story. How people are going to pay these electricity bills? How they are going to make the calculations? What is per unit cost? As in my attached bill it seems that per unit cost they have added is rs.35 / unit of consumption for wrongbill2. Png (Oct month). Is that a valid per unit cost?
I have check others bill they are not huge like this. Even i am not living in that house. That is completely abounded as i am living with my wife in delhi. We are paying half of this bill at delhi for 79 units of consumption @ 7 per unit = rs.553 only. How they have sent me a bill of rs.970 for an abounded house.

I am connected to badshahpur feeder of samana circle through chhabilpur line, which falls in the area of patran circle. This line is poorly maintained and customers have to face frequent power-cuts. Even sometimes we to sleep whole night without electricity. There is normal course that even before pouring of rain, power is switched off. Please improve the power supply.

Is toh baad asi dhyan rakhya ta saade sammne aaya ki electrician jagdish from mullapur dakha (Mobile [protected]) power supply naal cher - charh kar reha si. Pehle vi eh banda aaya te isne eh kita. Mere mna krn te vi eh nahi hattya te saanu gaala vi kaddiya. Us toh baad 26 nu isne saadi bijli naal fer toh cher - charh kiti and 27 nu saadi bijli cut geya jad ki bijli board vallo connection vehre tak aa reha si. Jagdish ne saadi bijli di supply nu vehre vicchho andar aaun walian saarian wires cut dittian.

This is rajinder from Banga. I have not received any bill from pspcl Banga from last 6 months. On Thursday employee comes with an order for disconnection when I told them they make a call to local SDO. He misbehave and threatened and blaming me. Yesterday same employee comes with a new fresh bill and today they disconnect my connection. Do justice with me

This incident has happened second time. When we open the website of pspcl, a pop-up window shows up which clearly states that online bill payment via debit card is free of cost.
Even during payment, the bill amount shows to be the exact same value that is entered by me.
But while i was at payment gateway, the amount was increased by rs. 100 approximately.
Also, the bill receipt doesn't show any description of the extra amount added to the original value.

Why is this happening?
