I am writing this email with a lot of disappointment and in fit of anger because my transcripts from university to iaqs canada booked in nov'18 has not been delivered till date. It was sent through speed post from ptu

Request you to deliver these posts on urgent as these parcels contain my transcripts (Acadamic records). Otherwise, i'll have raise police or administrative complaint against the harassment and lost of time.

I submitted the query in 31 december 2018 to evaluate my degree and transcripts from wes but my wes status is on hold as they have not received my documents yet. Ptu sent me a message on 14 jan 2019 that they will send the documents within 15 days but no action has been taken.
I even called them last week and today as well but they do not respond.

I have not received my mca degree till date, while i have completed my mca in 2011. I have done multiple follow-ups, but still no progress.
Please i need it as it is affecting my new jobs. Also, i have all my 4 marsheets available with me. I have written several email but no response on those.

I passed out in 2014 under ptu from subhas bose institute of hotel management kolkata and still didn't receive my mark sheet for 1st, 4th and 5th-semester mark sheets. I can't apply anywhere and now i got stuck in my career. I tried to collect it from my college but they can't provide me now. After 4 years also they can't help me. It's really disappointing. I have done b. Tech in ece from guru gobind singh college of engineering & technology, talwandi sabo, bathinda. This college comes under ptu. I have done my degree in[protected] batch. Now for immigration purposes i want to apply for the transcript. But when i am trying to sign up at ptu (Now being ikgujral ptu) student portal, it ask for college name. When i go through the list of colleges provided there, my college name doesn't display there and that is a mandatory field. I am not able to proceed further without it. Can you please help me with this. As i urgently need to apply for transcript.

I have done my graduation from gian jyoti institute of management and technology, mohali which is under the ptu. My batch is[protected].

I had done b. Tech in chemical engineering from sliet longowal in the year 2006 passout, at that time i was awarded degree from ptu.
I had applied for getting transcripts 2 sets on dated 04/09/18 at ptu campus. The date provided by them was 25/09/18 but till date i was not getting my transcripts and i didn't find status on net through tracking id given by them, for your reference please find the attachment and therefore requested you to please look into the matter and do the needful in getting my transcripts at the earliest.

I called on ptu contact no[protected] but the lady sitting there didn’t gave me any solution and even she refused to give me the solution and jst disconnected the call without answering the question and this thing i am suffering from last 3 months i requested for my migration certificate for my further studies in helpdesk and query is closed near about 1month ago but i haven’t got the certificate although i got a commitment from madam tejinder kaur from registrar office to be notified when my certificate will be posted and i will receive it in 1 week but now it has been again 1 week i haven’t got it yet so i want to register complaint against all the people working over there and let me inform u that i was not able to come over to university for taking the certificate and because of my pregnancy but i never thought that alll university foolish people will compell me to share such personal information also
This is so shameful and i feel really regret dil that i was some day the part of such stupid and foolish university
Kindly see to it and give me the solution and one thing more madam tejinder now this tym i will not post a positive mail for u people as i did this stupidity earlier on ur saying rather i will write more of against u

I applied for official degree on 7/9/18 and staff said to me degree will be dispatched from 18/9/18. Now present time i did not recieve my degree yet. So i requested to you please dispatch my degree earlier... I m waiting for my degree...

Mailed so many times called so many times but didn’t got any solution rather was misbehaved by the female staff on toll free query contact numbersGud afternoon,
This is Gaganpreet Kaur and I want to share the worst experience of employees sitting in the university. I posted a query in helpdesk from last so many days and I am mailing regarding it continusly but I haven’t got any reply to it this is the first worst experience but this is not just it there are toll free numbers given on site firstly alll numbers are not working secondly if working no one is picking it thirdly if by mistake they pick it even then they talk in such a rude way that they are doing job for our sake and salary is being paid to us and forth they don’t even give solution to it I think people sitting there are for our future but here what I am at position is that my studies are on stake jst bcos of my migration certificate which I requested on HELPDESK as per my college instructions I feel ashamed to be a part of such university where people are sitting not to make our future but destroying are future actually I raised this query bcos I am not in a state to come to university as I am 8months pregnant I think this was something which was not at all important to mention but I am feeling so hopeless that I have to tell it may b the ladies working over there who jst ignored my phone call and talked rudely and. Didn’t have me solution may realise bcos they might also b in the same situation before or in coming years

From indo global college of engineering abhipur mohali, sir have problem that my college doesn't allow me to seat in viva and it is due to that i don't pay the fees of extra semester. Sir, principal made the rule to pay the fees advance for next semester which is not possible for all the students
I'm from aa poor family, so i don't pay the advance fees for next semester and due that they doesn't allow me to seat in the viva exam and due to that my result is going to pending

Sir, i am a distance education student of punjab technical university. I had completed bca through the institute of microtek college of management, maldahiya, varanasi, u. P. 2015 year. My role number is [protected]
I have applied for transcript on[protected] and i was paid money through rupey atm card, my money has deducted twice time (Rs.500+rs.500) and showing payment mis match. After that i was called to ptu help line no. And technical fault no.[protected]. He said that deducted payment has been recieved after 1week or 10days. But not yet payment received in my bank account i am facing problem so please do the needful.

Our maths exam of cse 2nd sem held on 2 may 2018. But we were just given 1 day for preparation of maths, in which ptu should have given more time than any other exam. So i would like to request you that please help everyone in getting passed as the exam was quite a difficult one even though there was just preparation holiday.

If you can help students this time i know many students will gain confidence and if you wont do it many students will be really depressed of their performance. So please do your best in helping out everyone.
