To whomsoever it may concern,
I have completed my graduation in 2024 ...its been so many days i need my dmc for 5th sem on urgent basis ... everytime i go college or university they tell me that i have to wait for 1 week now its been three months...it feels like mental torcher...i am unemployed and not getting any job due to lack of documents(DMC and degree)...its difficult for me to visit patiala everytime.
