Sir,
I have been doing consistent follow up with your team (Suganya) for the last 1 year regarding my maintenance balance settlement to association. The amount Rs 31, 000/- something approx.
I have been given lot of false commitment by your team that the payment will happen in couple of days at every time I contacted them.
Despite of several follow up's, I couldn't get any response from CRM team. I expect you to settle the amount with association in 2-3 days timeline to avoid any escalation to your senior management.
Note: The association is putting penalty for delay payments. I would expect Purvankara will bear the penalty for delays
Post discussing with CRM chennai team (Suganya), I sent the above email on 15th Nov and remainder again after a week. Also spoken with your call center contacts but no use ( I have been told all the time that you will get call back but no one called after that)
I look for a immediate settlement and favorable response.
