I had blocked the apartment in Purva Zenium and had paid INR 50K as part of the blocking amount on Mar 2, 2020. However, we cancelled our request and asked for the refund on Mar 9, 2020 (within 7 days of blocking the unit). We were told that this will be refunded soon, and the CRM team is working. I have been following up on these over emails and WhatsApp chats. They Infact came to be to adjust this blocking to a May Offer and informed me to confirm on email so that once I send cancellation request on 31st May, they will be able to process the full refund in 15 days’ time. Since then I have been continuously following up with Purvankara over emails, calls and WhatsApp chats and every time I was confirmed that refund is under processing and will be issued soon.
To my surprise, Purvankara comes to me in Sep 2020 and informs that the amount is forfeited!! It’s been 6 months that we've been told refund is under process and should be done in a couple of days/week time. I have spoken to Arvind (previous GM, Purvankara) and Sujit (Sales, Purvankara) on this and I have always been assured that refund is under process. It's very sad and no acceptable to see that we get a different picture post 6 months of regular email follow ups of over 25 times.
Purvanakara Ltd should refund the same immediately!!
