[Resolved]  Purple.com — Product missing

My order number is 40660432 in which I was about to receive 9 products yet one product was missing ie good vibes rosemary essential oil. I have requested them twice to rather re-issue the said product or refund the money. Both are been rejected mentioning that the images are not clear even though I have clearly captured the pictures with 2 free products I have received from my order. Also I haven't received any bill in the box. It's our hard earned money 300 rs matters to us. If you are not able to solve our issues there is no sense in buying further from PURPLE. Many of my friends and families are buying from purple if I am not getting any solution from your end then it our last purchase from purple including my families and friends. I will suggest everyone not to use as the products are not been properly delivered.

I have asked the company to reschedule the shipment but they rejected the request again i asked for refund that also they have rejected stating the pictures are not clear I have posted clear pictures of all the products including the free products which were included by my orders. I have not got any bill in the box. They want image of my box and bill which I have not received. I have not received good vibes rosemary essential oil from the company and even after continuous follow ups nither i am getting my money back nor the shipment is rescheduled. Request you to kindly take action for the same. I am receiving rejection emails from [email protected]
