I purchesed product of rs 783 at purple.com on 7th sep, and paid online via my visa card, but some reason i cancel it. Then my refund shoud be reflect in 7-10 working days, but till now after 10 days i didn't recieve any refund, then i call purple castmer care they provided me a refund id-20190908111212801300168295143401458. So please check it this is valid id or not then inform me. And take action about this issue, my phone no is [protected]....
