I purchesed product of rs 783 at purple.com on 7th sep, and paid online via my visa card, but some reason i cancel it. Then my refund shoud be reflect in 7-10 working days, but till now after 10 days i didn't recieve any refund, then i call purple castmer care they provided me a refund id-20190908111212801300168295143401458. I ordered two products online. Only one of them was delivered. Second has remained undelivered despite several mails to the customer support. Calls have remained unanswered. They are most disgusting service providers. What do I do to take care of them.
