Product missing
My order number is 40660432 in which I was about to receive 9 products yet one product was missing ie good vibes rosemary essential oil. I have requested them twice to rather re-issue the said product or refund the money. Both are been rejected mentioning that the images are not clear even though I have clearly captured the pictures with 2 free products I have received from my order. about refund not received

I purchesed product of rs 783 at purple.com on 7th sep, and paid online via my visa card, but some reason i cancel it. Then my refund shoud be reflect in 7-10 working days, but till now after 10 days i didn't recieve any refund, then i call purple castmer care they provided me a refund id-20190908111212801300168295143401458. So please check it this is valid id or not then inform me. And take action about this issue, my phone no is [protected].

I have ordered on July 24 2019 in purple.com. awb number is[protected] it should be delivered in 27th July but it wasn't delivered.i called customer care complained and now no one is even picking my call.what should I do it's a prepaid order.is this the way you and xpressbee works?please solve the issue or I would complain in the e comnercd.yiu are not even providing a cancel order option in your website unlike other beauty online shoppee why should I call or email for cancellation

neither delivered the product nor returning money

I ordered two products online. Only one of them was delivered. Second has remained undelivered despite several mails to the customer support. Calls have remained unanswered. They are most disgusting service providers. What do I do to take care of them.
