Purvanchal Bank — i am complaining about deduction money from atm but i did not get my money.

I withdraw rs10000/ (Ten thousand rupees) twice from my savings account on 09/08/2019 at 13:58 from union bank atm which is situated at bansdih dist ballia up but i did not get my money. After some time i got rs10000/ but second rs 10000/ did not get till today. I asked several times about my money back but his behavior is not good about my problem.
