Purvanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited — Overbilling in bill no.[protected] a/c no.[protected] dated 16 may 2020

In above mentioned bill Fixed/Demand charges was charged rs.880.00 for 2 months while that charge of rs.440.00 for the earlier month was all ready charged and paid vide bill no.[protected] dated 1 april 2020. i have already made a complaint vide complaint no.[protected] after logging in my a/c at uppcl but till date no enquiry was done.
