My account no is[protected] and consumer name is CHANDRA BHUSHAN. Today I was filling electricity bill on https://uppcl.mpower.in/wss/QuickBillPay.htm website. I pay the electricity bill every month. Then also I got Previous Arrears / Arrear Count 525.33 last payment date was 24/02/2021 and I paid Rs 1615 and I cleared my outstanding. one more thing we did not received any physical and electronic bill and not received any massage of electricity bill. This account no. is belong from rural area they are not aware! from digitalization. so why did purvanchal vidyut vitran nigam limited put Previous Arrears / Arrear Count 525.33. we have all the documents like receipt of all paid bill and attach in application . so I humble request remove these type arrears. we are so frustrated these type of disgusting policy. And correct your these type of mistake provide physical bill with a particular date. And one more thing I will not pay these type of arrears because I am not able to pay these charges because I we have no fault.
