Sir my book no 5026 and connection no is 130520 in pvvnl. My bill fixunit120 per month and lode 1kwh in 2009 then in 2014 my bill fixunit is 320 per month and lode 2kwh after 2015 my fix unit is 620per month increased time to time without any information consumer.in 2009 my due bill is 41358 and 2015 my bill is 89385 after 2015 my bill is 141230 in april 2017. We go to a. E. (R) but he said we have no solution paid this bill.

Hello Sir, Why PUVVNL has charged Meter Charge Unit 80 (2 to 16 Dec) in Jan electric bill even meter had started running from 25 Nov 16 from its installation day. And the day of forming electric bill meter was showing 69 units KWH but PUVVNL charged extra at the name of Meter Charge Unit ie. 80 units. Then total billed units would become 149 Units (Meter Charged 80 units + 69 Units KWH= 149 Units). It compelled me to pay two times for using...

We are the residence of Shakti Khand - 3 , Indiarpuram, Ghaziabad, in our building we are facing high voltas problem regularly, we have visited Shakti Khand - 3, electricity office several times in last 2 weeks, but nobody has turned to solve our problem, our TV and refrigerator are getting sort and Main switch trips....

Few days back,my meter was changed,old meter BEHL124698 S 11/2000 was replaced by new meter Genus 17113583.Now my complain is that old meter reading was 17795,while it is reported in the new bill as[protected] units increased).
I have paid the increased bill.I went to the CHAUKA GHAT HEAD OFFICE,VARANASI for correction purpose,but the dealing clerical staff did not cooperate.

There are low income group consumers living in two small room flats in ADA colony. At the time of sanction of electricity connection the authorities misled the consumers (in bulk) that connection is sanctioned for a load of minimum two kilo watt for which fixed rent of rs. 120/ ( @ rs 60 per KW) per month + used unit cost will be charged. The consumers felt that fixing of minimum two kw load is excessive and unjustified but they took connection...

irresponsible and unmannered bill counter stoff
Dear sir/madam,
i have to inform you that the bill receiving counter stoffs of buxipur, gorakhpur station are very lazy unmannered and irresponsible about their duty. most of time of the duty our they avoid work properly and fluently, they busy themselves in gosips. ddue to this customers priceless time spended uslessly. they iritate customers on baseless ground. they behave like a criminal.
please improve the services...
