Need to understand a TAT as well as customer service... Team is too irrseponsible and disconnecting the phone calls and saying the courier service is not available in this area

What is Turn around time
If the area is not serviceable than why documents have been pick up
As per website there is some numbers wherein how they told to customer will return the docs wherein documents are too important...
Is there any responsibility of franchisee owner
