I have booked one parcel on 28.04.2025, at Udaipur for Kanjurmarg - Mumbai. Till today, the 6th May, the Parcel has not been delivered at the destination.

The parcel was booked after complete confirmation of the destination. Before booking the parcel, the booking staff at Udaipur - Rajasthan, has called Mumbai office and get confirmation about the destination delivery and then assured me about the timely delivery of the parcel on 30.04.25.

The parcel was very much important, as my daughter was leaving for London on 01.05.2025 and the parcel contains her important Clothes.

Their Udaipur as well as Mumbai office are unable to give us the proper reply about the delivery till today.

The tracking details are showing that the parcel reached Mumbai on 30.04.2025 at 11 am. But even then so much delay can not be tolerated.

If they are unable to provide timely services, they must have refused to book the parcel. We will have booked the same at some other agency.

This was very heart breaking for us. We never expect such a poor & hopeless service from them.

This is to inform that from last 2-3 Months am unable to get my delivery of parcel

Whenever i call Mumbai branch or Jaipur branch they both qre denying for the parcel "unable to track" this was first time when i started to use PUSHPAK courier service and it was pathetic experience. The parcel was having some imp documents & household things.

Can someone please let me know who will pay the cost of my parcel? Am expecting rply asap or else i need to file a complain in consumer court & have to put bad reviews over all social media.

This is regarding pod no-[protected] which was sent on 25/03/2023 from ICICI Bank ltd, swarn path mansarovar Jaipur-302020 to ICICI lombard office hyderabad. But still status not defined . I am escalating the issue to senior level as the documents are important and not delivered at the address.

I had sent Hdfc Bank rani sati branch for Sikar on 6/01/2023 by pushpak courier. The courier has not yet been sent.
There is no satisfactory answer from the side of pushpak courier.

My parcel was from Banswada Rajasthan to Mahidpur, Madhya Pradesh. It's been 9 days and there is no update on it. Today when Me & my husband called customer service of Pushpak courier they asked us to pay extra money to get our parcel delivered. Moreover when I called them second time the person even before listening to me asked me to contact after 1 hour and said he is busy . They are so uneducated, illiterate people... If you do not know how to provide services why to start anything. Ghar betho aaram kro... I want this courier to be shut down because it is of no use.

Docket which carry rakhis in it is laying at office of pushpak courier, abu road, rajsthan, guy from courier office was informed me as on 11-08-22 that my docket has come from district nagor, rajastha, i beg him to deliver on rakshabandan, but hi rudelly denied and say if you want this docket then come and collect from my office, we will not deliver to you,

today as on 13-08-22 after two days despite of several calls he is not delivering my docket

I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the non-delivery / lost of my parcel through courier service company PUSHPAK COURIER. I am very disappointed with the company's poor service.
It has been over 10 days since the dispatch of the parcel; however, it has not been delivered yet. I visited the P. R. Marg, Ajmer branch office many times to complain about the issue. The staff members had informed me that parcel has lost.
The parcel contains some important valuable things.

I have sent a parcel to one of my known and they are handicapped, I believed that pushpak courier will be safe and they are not even transporting the parcel to their house in Delhi. Sent from pali branch.

If you really are worried about your customers you should contact your delhi branch and check with them...

Im writing this mail to raise a complaint against order number - [protected].
I sent the parcel on 6th September 2021 and the receiver still hasn't received it.

The people at your Jodhpur Branch office said that they have misplaced it. It contains important documents that needs to be urgently delivered. I[censored]ndelivered, it would have serious consequences.

I have gone to your office multiple times but they tell me that they don’t have it. They told me that they could refund the money for it, but I need the documents. Those can’t be misplaced under any circumstances. Also, it contains other artefacts as well which are very important.

People at your office also told me to ‘sit at your office for 24 hrs to see if the parcel gets delivered or not’.
This is no way to talk to people especially to your customers.

I need the parcel asap in any case. Appoint your best officers or do whatever it takes.

I have submitted my product to pushpak courier service center on 30/08/2021 but till now my product didn't delivered at sender's place. Please kindly check and get my product details.

I had got the parcel from Rajasthan to Chhattisgarh led Tv and hometheater speaker Pushpak courier whose pod number is[protected], the parcel I got was all damage Led TV and speaker was completely broken, total 15 Thousand loss, I also have photos in which condition I got the parcel, if If I do not get my claim then I will take the help of consumer court and will register an FIR against Pushpak Courier

Hi i have very bad experience with pushpak courier, as i have one parcel docket no[protected] which is recieved by mr gandhi delivery agent at kota in pushpak courier.
He delivered my courier two days back at some near by shop and he has not informed me before delivering.
Now when i search for my consignment than i found that it is already delivered.
When i call to deliver boy gandhi he is very badly spoken to me and tld me that this is not his duty to deliver goods at shop or home he can deliver it to anybody without my consent.
When i argue with him he told me that i can do his report anywhere he is least bothered.
May i know from your side is this the way of your company working.
Is this the way of talking to your customer.
Plz reposnd to my mail on urgeent basis.
Why he is showing such negative behaviour.

I gave a parcel tp pushpak corriur boy from bajju, rajsthan to sirsa, haryana.

And my parcel did not give me till 5 days .
When i asked for parcel to corriur boy he reply me that this is not my work for give detail to you.
And misbehaved with me .
I complaint for this parcel boy .

i have orderd a parcel, and tracking is showing that it is arrived near my city but delivery man called me and said that he will not come at my adress and its been nearly 10 days parcel arrived in city but delivery boy not delivering parcel at my adress and making irrelevent excuses.
please solve my problem ASAP. parcel is very neccesary for me

I have received a call from a person named Saeed stating that he is speaking from pushpak courier and he has a parcel with my name, he asked me to come to various places in the city to pick the parcel which I don't believe is the service you guys should provide, if you have a parcel you are supposed to deliver it to the mentioned address as you have charged from the sender to deliver at that particular address only. Also asking a female by your random delivery boy to come to various unknown places to receive the parcel is extremely disgraceful and involves criminal risks. Also asking the receiver to come to various places to receive the parcel when that parcel should have been delivered to the mentioned address even in covid times involves medical risks also. I highly condemn behaviour of your delivery boy the regional office people and the person who received the phone call at Jaipur office also, extremely irresponsible and disrespectful staff you have. You guys deserves police complaints actually. No parcel received, no proper response given, extremely rude and disrespectful staff, nobody took responsibility also

पीपाड़ शहर ( जोधपुर ) में कोरियर वाला आइटम की डिलीवरी समय पर नहीं करता है। और सामान किसी दूसरे की दुकान पर दे देता है और बोलता है अमूमन दुकान से जाके ले लो सामान । और बीच में सामान निकाल कर कचरा भर के दे देता है । और जब फोन पर बात करते है तो बोलता है हमें पैसे आपके गाव में लाने के मिलते है घर पर डिलीवरी करने के नहीं मिलते हैं । कृपया उचित कार्रवाई करे अन्यथा मजबुरन कंज्यूमर कोर्ट की शरण लेनी पड़ेगी।

My parcel came from jodhpur and it should be delivered at my address cherish foods, opp. Jain bhojanshala, post office road, sumerpur 306902 Rajasthan which mentioned on parcel but delivery boy deliver parcel at other address Gandhi chowk and call me to collect from there . If your company is not able to provide proper home delivery it should be mentioned on receipt that we can book by other courier company.it happened third time with me.

Hi my name is komal from bhinmal. I was promised my courier will be delivered on 10th june which was shipped on 8th june. These guys charge money but don’t deliver on time. Even they don’t respond on time. It’s 13th but still no update on parcel. Worst services ever.

Need to understand a TAT as well as customer service... Team is too irrseponsible and disconnecting the phone calls and saying the courier service is not available in this area

Need to answer some question :

What is Turn around time
If the area is not serviceable than why documents have been pick up
As per website there is some numbers wherein how they told to customer will return the docs wherein documents are too important...
Is there any responsibility of franchisee owner
Who will responsible of my losses which i got due to one the worst services?

I have not received my product but the show is being delivered in status.

I have called At Bheem office, Kankroli office Udaipur and Jaipur but very poor response.1 week before the courier booked to Jaipur but not delivered yet.

The Rajasthan Marudhara Gramin Bank got Kuchaman City Courier on 6/2/2021 with a postal sweetie (Nava) which has not reached the concerned office till date.
This is a very important post for which Pushpak courier may have to pay damages.
Get a quick solution.
