Pushpak Courier — Missing documents

Dear sir ..
I sent my car RTO original documents from baran city to mangal cement agency old truck union karauli on Saturday 5th December 2020 with an assurance of delivery by 10th December 2020... but today till date 16th December 2020 the documents are not delivered...
I am not able to track because i lost receipt no.
I called in pushpak courier baran, pushpak courier karauli and pushpak courier jaipur but still not have any idea where are documents..

As i mentioned i sent my original RTO documents and last date of registration of my car is 17th December so it is very important to get these documents for me...

Please help me to track the status of my documents asap.

This is the worse service by Pushpak Courier, I sent a courier from rewari to uttam Nagar, Delhi. Its been 8 days today and Delhi hub is saying that it will be delivered once our guy will route to that location, sometime they say the number was switched off, today someone from Delhi hub Mr Akash and One person Mr Ajit called me and said it won't be delivered today, I will check in the evening once I reach the office. No one seems responsible and understanding the urgency and importance, I have been waiting since last 4 days as after that delivery I have to visit Delhi and all my programs getting delayed because of this courier.
