We placed a courier through your agency to kolhapur 20 days ago and till date we didnt receive till date.We communicated multiple time to agency partner through various branches but still they don't know anything about the parcel

Kindly give the courier information I have send courier dated 3 Oct 18 from Sagwara Dist Dungarpur to chittorgarh district but till date I have not received my courier.

This poor type of service provide by you.. This is very shame full situation to pushpak courier.
Plz improve services. Customers are very suffering for this poor services provide you.

On the 29th march we gave a courier in the aburoad (Raj). Delivery charge
Was rs 80/-. Until today, vijaywada (Ap) has not reached. How many days does
It take? Always arrives on the third day. It's been a month! Courier march 29 does not arrive today? Does pushpak courier steal the goods? Such a false courier should be closed. How long will it take longer? Tell me. Give you immediate delivery and reply otherwise the proceeding is going on. Should be delivered early in the
Morning. Otherwise the complaint will go forward.
Instantly send the courier and inform us.

I did not received my courier with the number 28120501. It shows status as returned online. When I called to Bangalore office they are saying there is no service to the mentioned address though it is in the heart of the city. How can they return back the packet without any intimation to the sender or receiver. they could have contacted I would have collected from their office. Really unsatisfied service and I am going to raise this issue more.

Dear Sir,
we gave 185closed envelops to mr rawat ,of pushpak courier to distach them at their respective postal address and he promised he will distribute all envelops to their respective address at cost of Rs 7.50 paise per envelop and give their dispatch details within a week
He gave us receipt of all envelops but failed to send all envelops
He returned us 46envelops and promised to return money back but now neither this person is returning money back nor he is giving us dispatch details of other remaining 139 envelops, we have doubt about distribution of remaining 139 envelops also.
please take necessary action against him.

I have booked a packet through ushpak courier from jaipur to raipur (CG) on 06.01.11 vide dcoket number 42806. But till date it has not been delivered at the desired destination.
Beside this the courier agency is not able to give any satisfactory answer. I am feeling helpless now and have now started to believe that my packet has been misplaced by the courier agency.
It is requested to the concerned authorities to take strict action against such irresponsible service providers.
