I have booked one parcel on 28.04.2025, at Udaipur for Kanjurmarg - Mumbai. Till today, the 6th May, the Parcel has not been delivered at the destination.
The parcel was booked after complete confirmation of the destination. Before booking the parcel, the booking staff at Udaipur - Rajasthan, has called Mumbai office and get confirmation about the destination delivery and then assured me about the timely delivery of the parcel on 30.04.25.
The parcel was very much important, as my daughter was leaving for London on 01.05.2025 and the parcel contains her important Clothes.
Their Udaipur as well as Mumbai office are unable to give us the proper reply about the delivery till today.
The tracking details are showing that the parcel reached Mumbai on 30.04.2025 at 11 am. But even then so much delay can not be tolerated.
If they are unable to provide timely services, they must have refused to book the parcel. We will have booked the same at some other agency.
This was very heart breaking for us. We never expect such a poor & hopeless service from them.
