Pushpak Courier — Product not received

Im writing this mail to raise a complaint against order number - [protected].
I sent the parcel on 6th September 2021 and the receiver still hasn't received it.

The people at your Jodhpur Branch office said that they have misplaced it. It contains important documents that needs to be urgently delivered. I[censored]ndelivered, it would have serious consequences.

I have gone to your office multiple times but they tell me that they don’t have it. They told me that they could refund the money for it, but I need the documents. Those can’t be misplaced under any circumstances. Also, it contains other artefacts as well which are very important.

People at your office also told me to ‘sit at your office for 24 hrs to see if the parcel gets delivered or not’.
This is no way to talk to people especially to your customers.

I need the parcel asap in any case. Appoint your best officers or do whatever it takes.
