Pvp Pvt. Ltd. — non delivered book parcel

Dear sir,

I have booked a printed book parcel from lucknow to allahabad on 05/03/2019 vide lt no. K086404 & paid parcel charges of rs.41 as per the calculation sheet, but the parcel has not reached allahabad till 22/04/2019. When i ask at lucknow about the parcel, they told that they load it on the same date of booking on train no.14370.
When i contacted the authorities at allahabad parcel office, they said that the book parcel has not been unloaded at allahabad station. When i asked that how can i get to know when my book parcel will reach allahabad and where it is now the parcel supervisor said that they cannot tell where the book parcel is now and when it will reach allahabad, the parcel supervisor said that they do not have access to get information where the book parcel is now and he said that you will have to check everyday at allahabad railway parcel office for your book parcel until it reaches allahabad.

Sir i would like to know the status of the parcel booked at lucknow at the earliest & why the same was not reached allahabad. If possible i want to lodge a complaint against parcel service of indian railways and i request you to please do the needful.
