PVR — carrying food in the theatre

Went to a pvr icon movie (Andhadhun) yesterday (10 october 2018) at versova, andheri west. Was asked to put all the food items in a bag and keep it outside at the counter.

When asked about the new ruling of the court which allows the food to be carried, the reply i got was that they will not allow the food to be carried in.

Please look into the issue since it is not the first time i have faced this issue at pvr versova.
