PVR — Money got deducted twice but ticket not booked

Hi PVR,
Today(14/04/21),
I tried to book tickets from PVR application for KGF-2 movie.
But My payment got deducted and ticket was not booked.
I tried this again But again the same issue.
So my payment got deducted twice but tickets are not booked.
I'm looking for my money back as early as possible.
