PVR — pvr making consumers compulsory to buy combo with tickets

Today i went to buy tickets from pvr box office in kota. The ticket cost was around rupees but the person asked me for more money as he said that it is compulsory to buy a food combo worth 200 rupees. When i said i dont want to buy it he said that it is compulsory to buy the combo.
Thus pvr are making consumers to buy services that consumers do not want and are earning money from unfair means. Government should take strict action against them.
