PVR — they missed my helmet

I went movie on 15/02/2020 in pvr. I booked 7:30pm show. I deposited my helmet in deposite counter but, when i went to take my helmet. They replied to me that they given my helmet to other person. They said to me to wait for 10 minutes and they took almost 45 minutes after then in the end they said to me sorry and asked me time for one day. I really didn't understand the service quality of pvr. My helmet cost was approximate ₹1500. I really feel that either management should return my helmet or pay compensation for same.
