Pwm Company — fraud and harassment

I had paid the my amount even after they kept on harassing me for paying fine which was near about 30 thousand. I had received a mail with the noc and they also said the won't contact me ever again. Today a lawyer, rajiv singh asked me to show up with my lawyer at the mumbai district court and pay near about 60 thousand in the court or the other option is that i can pay another 30 thousand to the company for removing all the allegations. The lawyer has asked me to decide what i want to to within an hour. I live in kolkata and am a first year student.
Kindly call me as soon as possible. I really need to resolve this issue.
