I have faced problem with pynkvilla. They have not yet delivered the product. Ordered in november 2018. No mobile number. No office address. No any other sort of contacts. They are not replying on whatsapp and even email. I have purchased to gift my brother in law who is fan of manu. Felt so shame for not giving him. I have spent more money for that day in other gift.
It has been 4 months since I placed an order for a Chelsea bag, but I haven't received it yet. Despite my several attempts to contact them, they refuse to revert. They have already charged me for the product.
