[Resolved]  Pynkvilla — order and cancellation of product with no refunds

I ordered a black nike mecurial shoes on feb 26th and it been almost 30 days since i orderd the shoes and still didnt recive the product as i had already payed for it so out of concern due to long time it taking to ship the product i mailed them they said it would take more than 25 to 45 days therefore i asked for a cancellation of the product since it taking too long but i got no reply at all for the mail not any response after sending multiple mails. I payed 1999rs for the shoes and bought it from pynkvilla.com site and the transaction was done to a person/company named as chintan metha on payu. I request a refund on cancellation on the order of my product. The client number is not given on the website but their email is pynkvilla.com
