I ordered A Manchester United Home Jersey From this site on 2018 After A month They blocked me after i asked Frequently about why my product is not delivered yet and Then they blocked me and site stops working
And After some months and years going i forgot about about that but Today i saw my order That's why i am complaining it

I ordered a pair of football shoes on 12th January, 2019. And i got a confirmation mail from the site. The name of the seller is Chintan Mehta. Delivery of the pakage is 45 days but i can't get my shoes.

On august 4, i placed an order for a manchester united home jersey[protected].
I received an email from payu confirming succesful transaction of ₹999 with chintan mehta. The product is not delivered yet and there is no email from the company pynkvilla. The website is also not accessible. I urge the officials to look into this issue and provide me with a solution for this.

I had ordered two indian cricket team jerseys in may. I was told that they will be delivered by 15 june. I had also contacted them via whatsapp and they said it will be delivered by the same date but it hasn't been delivered until now. Payment of rs. 1998 was made to chintan mehta. Please do something. It's a fraud of the highest order. Really unbelievable.

I have paid almost 9000 rs in my order for shoes and jerseys from pynkvilla as i am stil waiting for delivery it’s been a month or two now may be 3 to 4 months or maybe more i don’t know what to do see i was waiting for a long period now i will wait for a little time i recieved a message saying that i have paid mr chintan mehta and my goods will be delivered with in a month but there is no sign of my sports goods who i have ordered please help me in this case i am helpless in some way orelse i will head to the police

I ordered a bag from pynkvilla it cost about 999 and i didn't receive the product and its been like 5 months and my order id is PV7103 look into it .And still they haven't refunded my money money back.
And after that i tried to contact them so many times they didn't responded to me and i mailed them so many times they didn't replied to my mails that i sent and also i called them using there watsapp number and it states that the number doesn't even exist.

This pynkvilla is a fraud company. The company just accepts the online transaction and do not deliver the product. I transferred 1k to the company but after that there is no news about the products. I tried to contact them but they never responded. First they provided a number in the website but after ordering and the transaction they deleted it, there is no way to contact them. The request the company to return the amount.

I ordered a pair of football shoes from pynk villa on 27th january 2019 and haven't received my order yet. After the order was placed i received an email from pynk villa confirming the order with order id "pv7732". The company policy says the order will be delivered in 20 odd days. It's been more than 3 months and i haven't heard from them. I emailed them several times but they didn't reply to any of my emails or messages after that. I'd like to file a report and like an refund of inr 1999 from pynk villa.

I had placed an order in pynkvilla during Jan 2019 and paid 999 INR for the same. Order ID - PV7721. As per the website, they said the order will be delivered within 20 odd working days. Its been almost 5 months now. I had mailed them and never received any response. Now their website is not even there. Please look into this problem and I request to either deliver the order or refund the amount paid.

I ordered one barcelona door board on january 26th and haven't received my order yet.
For few days they were replying to my e-mails and texts on instagram by saying that it will be delivered within 25-45 working days. But now they have vanished like thin air. They don't respond to email or texts or might have blocked it

I have faced problem with pynkvilla. They have not yet delivered the product. Ordered in november 2018. No mobile number. No office address. No any other sort of contacts. They are not replying on whatsapp and even email. I have purchased to gift my brother in law who is fan of manu. Felt so shame for not giving him. I have spent more money for that day in other gift.

I paid 4k and the product did not come its been more than 4 months. The official website has blocked me and still no details. Please help me.

They told me that i will be updated about the product but then still there was no update.

I ordered nike football shoes on pynkvilla worth rs 2000/- on 19th march 2019. Despite not getting any information other order being confirmed, neither the delivery was made nor my money was refunded. The order id is pv8604. The order was supposed to be delivered in 15-20 days and after 2 weeks i mailed them asking about the same, no reply was given and moreover after 2 more days the website is shut and no more in service. What a scam!

I haven't received the product yet and the company doesn't respond via phone or email.

I've reached out to the company multiple times via email, phone, WhatsApp etc and haven't received any sort of response post payment.

The payment was done to a guy named Chintan Mehta. As per the message on the website, the order was supposed to be delivered within 8-10 business days, but it's been over 3 months now. I've proofs of transaction and chats as well as follow up email.

I have ordered a pair of adidas boots from pynkvilla and have also paid the money but have not received them yet. The order was made more than 3 months ago. I tried contacting them from instagram and whatsapp but no replies even though they saw the complaint. I even have proof of the transaction history and payment. The boots was adidas predator 18.1 soft ground. It was order pv7447. I ordered it on 19th january 2019 and still haven't received them as yet. And no replies from them whatsoever even though the messages i sent showed blue tick marks in whatsapp. This company just takes my money without delivering the product. Please help me.

I ordered two manchester united jerseys worth ₹1999 from pynkvilla on feb 9th. As per the delivery policy of pynkvilla the product should reach the customer within 20-45 days excluding the weekends. Still i have not received any updates and its past the delivery date. They have also not replied to any of my mails. I am also not able to contact them. So please take necessary actions against pynkvilla.

I placed an order on Pynkvilla on 2nd of March, 2019, order no. PV8379. I am submitting this complaint on 8th of April, 2019 which means it's more than a month since the time of order which has far exceeded the mentioned time of delivery. Although, I had a word with the company via the mail which was concerned about changing the ordered product to which they said they would do the needful and notify me as well but no revert mail received as of now. In addition, even if my order is still under process, I should be receiving updates about the same as the website mentioned but no message or email regarding any updates have been sent from their side till date. What's concerning me the most is that the website does not exist any more.

This company is a scam. Want my refund ASAP. and i advice people not to order anything from this site

I ordered a jersey online at pynkvilla.com on 29 january 2019! I didn't receive my product till now! Once i was able to contact him via instagram! I asked him abt it... He told it might take about 45 working days! I thought let me wait! No other go! Now the date is 7/4/19 the site itself is not opening now! And i paid him via online! What am i supposed to do now? Is there any way i can get my product... Or my money back?

I ordered a bag from this website on 8th march 2019 and i'm yet to receive my product. I think this company is fraud as i saw a lot of complaints about them being fraud. They don't even reply to the emails i send them and there's no such option of cancelling the order and getting a refund once you place it. Could you provide me with a solution to this?

It's over 10 days since i placed order and i still haven't received any update regarding my order. I paid online as there is no option of cash on delivery. I have purchased a manchester united name plate worth rs 999 from pynkvilla on 11th february and still have not received it. I paid the amount online. I want someone to blacklist this company. Ban it from internet and strict actions needed to b taken against them. I want my complete refund.

The product I ordered is a manchester united FC name plate. The company did not share any product dispatch info. They so not have any customer care services. They do not have any product traking meachanism. This is a clear fraud and people behind it needs to be punished

We have ordered a Adidas football boot from pynkvilla.com on feb 28th 2019 . The delivery was promised between 15 to 18 days, however, the promised delivery has not happened. We have written several emails to the given company email id but there is no response. There is no customer care number anywhere.
This is a fraud company and hundreds of customers are clueless as to how to approach them. Can you help?
