Pynkvilla — product not delivered.. it's been 20 days

I ordered a name plate from this site on 7th January 2019. Paid Rs. 999 in advance to chintan mehta..
Now it has been more than 20 days and no response from the website and no delivery whatsoever. I want a response from this company regarding my order..

There is no way that this kind of misconduct is acceptable. And if it is a fraud company then stict action should be taken against them..

We customers have our hard earned money and we like to get the things we want on time.

Kindly address my complaint as soon as possible..! I have transaction id and merchent id received after the payment..
