Pynkvilla — product not delivered, no notification, no response

I have ordered one backbag from pynkvilla on 20th february 2019. As per their rule, they should send a notification in a week after the purchase date and also there is no respond from them for my emails. So i want to file a case against this company and need refund asap. And also i would like to file a case against instagram for supporting and promoting this sites through their platform if possible. I placed an order for two jerseys on October 9th, 2018 and I still haven't received it. The order was for 1500 rupees. It has been 5 months now. They don't reply on any social media, and the money was sent to Chintan Mehta. I would like a refund immediately. Absolute scam, never order from this website.

I ordered a pair of Nike shoes worth ₹1999 on 16th of jan, order no. PV 7480, since then I haven't received any response from them. I texted them they are not replying but are continuously posting the pictures of their products. I request you to please block such pages on Instagram and please get my money back.
