Pynkvilla — this company is fraud

I ordered a bag from this website on 8th march 2019 and i'm yet to receive my product. I think this company is fraud as i saw a lot of complaints about them being fraud. They don't even reply to the emails i send them and there's no such option of cancelling the order and getting a refund once you place it. Could you provide me with a solution to this?

I orderd a football shoes for 1999 on the respective site pynkvilla and it has been 3 long months and im yet without my football shoes. i tried to call them but they didnt recive my call and blocked me on whats app. so i want my shoes or else i want all my money to be compensated in my respective account .
