I applied for ticketing executive in Qatar Airways in quickrr jobs
I got a call from them and told i have shortlisted .. they have taken a technical interview through audio call for me and said selected in that
They told me to pay 1, 800 rs for application fees
And after that some training equipment fees 5, 200 rs and now asking to pay 13, 900 rs for bond and agreement fee.
i have paid them 1, 800 and 5, 200 ra . total 7, 000(seven thousand rupees) i paid to them. they told if i cancel it i will get my money refunded . and i felt that its a scam, so i told them that i want to cancel my application and i need my money refunded to me.
they changed the words, and told i need to pay 18% amount for my backstep and cancellation, i.e: 1250 rs
if i pay 1250 rs only, my amount 7000rs will be refunded within 48hrs, if not it will be refunded in 45days.
i didnt get my money back now.

i really need my money back i.e : 7000 (SEVEN THOUSAND RUPEES)

    Sir as per qacc hr mail i am terminated. Sir without any reason or notice period they terminated. Even in that mail given false statement.
    I went to vacation and i supposed to join 19 march. I was already delivered mail to mr rahim (Admin) and hr. And i was getting feedback will let you when operation normal.
    6 oct 2020 i getting mail from hr you are terminated without any notice period. My laptop document everything in doha
    I want my document laptop gratuity as well as certificate

      Hello sir/madam,
      Good evening,
      I received a call from [protected] ( Manish Kumar - mentioning himself as a HR manager in Qatar Airways at Terminal 3, New Delhi) where he took my introduction over phone and asked me to fill online application form (https://bit.ly/2ZBIM06) on 8/5/20. I filled the form and later after a week, I received a online exam alert and next day he called me again and told me the exam timings . I attempted the test and next day I received a job offer letter from Qatar Airways on 10th Aug, 2020 where it was mentioned that I clear the exam and I have to submit following documents:
      adhar card
      pan card
      10th passing certificate
      12th passing certificate
      1 year union aviation form
      passport
      birth certificate
      And I submitted the followings documents.As I didn't know about union aviation so I called him and I asked him and filled the union aviation form where all the documents were uploaded and I paid a fees for that which was Rs.1875
      After few days, a call from senior HR named (Ashish mishra) contact no: [protected], where he mentioned that I will be receiving appointment letter which was protected by a password and I have to sign it and give a thumb impression on it and submit back on the email ( Qatar airways - [protected]@qr-qmiles.com). I submitted it.
      Later I again a received a mail regarding a insurance alert where he asked me that I will have medical and I have to pay the medical fees and later it will be reimbursed by the company. I paid Rs.4140 and received a receipt confirming the payment is made to Oriental Corporate insurance. I got a email from Oriental providing the medical test details.


      On 28th Aug, 2020, I received a mail that I will be having medical between 10-20th September but I didn't receive any response from them . Then I called Ashish Mishra and Manish kumar and both of them have switched off their phone from last 4 days . I mailed oriental insurance co . and they replied that they are Oriental Insurance company not Oriental health India.

      I feel that they have done fraud with me and I am not able to connect with them at all .
      Please look after this matter as all my documents are involved and i don't want any misuse of my documents done anywhere around India and if i can the amount I paid then I'll be very thankful.
      I am not able to attach all documents because of their size. I will forward you everything through mail.
      I will be highly obliged .

            From Qater airways give me a email and password .he call me login this I'd. You are exam will be start. And I login and give exam after exam some days he sent me a message saying your are qualified 56out of 100 with b grade .after that he gives HR no. I call HR .she ask me sent your documents .HR ask me you have definise security clearance certificate I as k no HR ask me you go and apply this certificate . I paid total fees 10'000
            After some days he gives me a agreement latter . this is my complaint I sent some pics

              Our flight to kochi missed '- transit to kochi from Boston and we were forced to
              Stay in airport to catch the next flight at 1.15 and it flew at 3 am

                I have traveled from dfw to blr on 27th april 2019 where my baggage was mishandled and broken. After giving claim request qatar airways refused to take this. All the detail with image was provided with claim id dpr blr1763629. The reply i am getting that we can proceed with the claim because i have not reported at airport blr. This is frustrating to not accepting with have five star airline.

                  Stranded in sialkot with no information when and where i will catch the next flight. Emirates have diverted all flights to nearby airports and more importantly kept their customers updated with regular updates via sms, mobile and emails. With qatar.. Nothing! Staff are poorly trained and shout down customers as though they are doing us a favour by speaking to us. I have been lied to by one manager who promised to email me an e-ticket via lahore airport for saturday 9th as soon as they had confirmation from doha. Now having spoken to the office they deny all knowledge of this. Sadly, no matter how much money qatar throws at marketing branding it's airline counts for nothing if customer interfacing staff don't have a customer first mindset! Still none the wiser, especially, since the purpose of my visit was to attend my mother's funeral😠
                  To anonymous author Mr. Sadiq:-

                  Kindly see the private email box (incoming messages) at this site, if you have not receivd the compensation.

                  The complaint has to be submitted in written to the company (Qatar airways air carrier),
                  whom you had paid and own invoice or to the travel agent.

                  The complaint has to contain the basic fields:-

                  1. Particulars of the address, according to e-ticket, or PNR, or invoice

                  2. Particulars of the submitter: full name, address, email, phone, bank account number

                  3. Brief description of the events:
                  when, where, which services had been ordered according to, for example, PNR or e-ticket;
                  when, who had cancelled the ordered flight ID

                  4. Request: the statement of the act from the responder (what do you want)

                  5. Signature / name, date, time, place.

                  The responding party has 7 days (max 15 days) for the refund processing, or refusal to refund, or refusal to process the claim, stating the addressee, reasons, decision, his particulars, if in India.

                  Such documents are not seen here.

                  In addition, the author does not know his all rights, which are acquired.

                  If the claim is not processed within 15 days or not full amount is paid
                  to the passenger, the passenger is entitled to claim money from the offender via one of the authorities:-

                  1. Department general of civil aviation in the state of residence, if in India,

                  2. Customers court (forum) in the state of residence, if in India,

                  3. District court (forum) in the state of residence, if in India,

                  4. Authority in Qatar or in the other country.

                  If the passenger does not know the rules and his all rights, incurred from the cancellation of the flight,
                  he or she is entitled to hire the lawyer or the legal professional for the agreed fee.

                  The cost of such legal assistance start from Rs 4000 / USD 60.00 per head .

                    This is to bring your kind notice that the service levels are worst. Recently i have traveled to rome through qa116 and qa500. And the behavior of the people was arrogant and not at all customer friendly. Since i cant elaborate the mail more in this i could not able to explain every thing. If i get some ones mail id i will completely explain. We have landed in doha around 5.20 pm on 14th and at 7.20 the connecting flight to hyderabad. Due to some issue we have reached the gate 7.10 pm. And we have denied the flight to board stating that you suppose to reach the gate 20 minutes before. The people at gate behavior was worst stating that we will make sure that we will not travel in the flight thats what the manager was saying. We have begged like begger with them stating that allow us the flight as the flight is available please allow us. The flight was there and they did not allow to board.

                    After this the real torchure started. They have send us to airline office-sales. And after reaching there we have requested can give us any connecting flight to india. They denied the same and taken our passports and ask us to sit. We were sitting there for hours together and every time when we approach them they say that there is no manager and we need to wait for him.

                    Mean time we thought its useless to talking to them in this regard and we tried for alternate sources to reach india as we need to come back on asap.

                    We approached the person in the other airline contact person he says that please book any ticket i will issue boarding pass and transfer your laguage to that air line and we were ok with the same. Mean time we requested one more time that any possibility to sending to any other destination in india. They were saying simply wait wait wait no other answer.

                    Around 9pm they come up stating that all you need pay 80k each for going same flight tomorrow. Then we said we will go some other flight then some lady started saying that this amount has to be paid by you even if you go other airline as to take you laguage. We did not understand why they are saying this and started requesting that we dont need the laguage as its costing more than the things available in its. Then they says that you cant go to india as you are already traveling in qatar airways and no one will issue ticket to you. And one more torchure was stating that you have to go out of the air port as your flight missed.

                    After begging them they come up with some offer stating that please pay qar2830 so we will issue for 16th ticket and will send you on 15th flight. Then coming with some other flight more economical hence we have traveled in some other flight to india.

                    We have been behind of them for another 2 hrs by 11pm they come and said to us please qar1900 for 3 people so they will send us in next day flight we denied the same and spoken with high tone then the senior supervisor came and said we will transfer the laguage to other airline please book the ticket.

                    This is the way airline is behaving with the passengers.

                    And one more complaint which i have taken to cabin crew notice in qr116 is that the salad is spoiled and shown to them and they were least bothered and senior cabin crew was ms. Ankita.

                    Passengers were under gon this torchure is kalidindi mastan/. Korapati sudharshana reddy. Pnr number pjlp4q.

                    Mr. Vishnu vardhan reddy pnr not available.

                    We need the refund for the same and apology letter from airline for their behavior.

                      I dindn’t get boardig pass yesterday . I don’t know why was the reson the officers tell that my documents are not correct . I have visiting visa (copy ) not original but my brother was in liberia .12 monts before my brother travell with this same documets through your air service from same air port (cochin international airport) to same destination (liberia) . So i have lost so much money and time . Also i don’t get good response from your officers . I need explanation please .

                      To the author,

                      You need to apply to the court if you want the compensation.
                      The legal assistance of the legal professional will cost you from Rs 8000 for such type of case.

                      In addition, you expect
                      - to pay government fees in time,
                      - to answer the questions related to the procedure in time,
                      - to dispatch the correspondence via email or via the nearest post office in time.

                      Failure to do so incorrectly or after the allowed / agreed time, makes your any claim declared invalid.

                      The fair court shall award with the compensation and reasonable expenses from the losses.

                        Actually iam a holder of a valid passport and in the first front page of my passport all details and information with the biometric numbers are clear shown and readable
                        Yesterday i faced 3 hrs of stress because. Of lack of professionalism from qatar airways agent i wass supoosed to travel from goi to beirut with alayover in doha
                        They didnt let me travel to lebanon wich im also there a citizen i sjowed the my valid lebanese...

                        This comment is to notify about a pilferage that happened whilst flying from usa to india on march 3rd. My name is vishnu vijayan padinjattedathu a noble nri working in the united states for the past 2 years. This vacation from march 1st i decided to take qatar airways from orlando international airport (Mco) to thiruvanathapuram international airport (Trv) with layovers in newyork (Jfk) and in doha (Doh).

                        It was really shocking...

                        I have worked with qatar duty free as a ba of armani. I worked there 3 years. I love the company and the facilities provided. However, the management of qdf, especially dms (Sherafina, dirhaz) we're the real reason behind my resignation. I didn't dare to tell it to the hr while resignation because i was afraid. Sherafina was in other allocation, still with her power she played naughty politics. Requesting the company to kindly give the powers to the eligible ones.
                        Very sad to leave the company.
                        I thought it's better to inform the company so that, it will help other poor employees.
                        I brought 43 inch LG television by Qatar airways from Doha to Calicut and when I opened the pack it is totally Brocken and good for nothing

                          I am complaining about the pf money which i have still not got.

                          It’s been more then 2 months that i have resigned from my job and my pf is still pending

                          With the new technology i was been told that i can claim my pf amount online and it will be credited to my account instantly but online i cannot do any such thing because every time it is under maintenance!!

                          Please look into this and help me get my claim as soon as possible

                            I was travelling from usa and my stuff is missing from qatar airways, what should i do when i ask about my missing stuff they didn't answer properly, and never allowed me to come in to office in ahmedabad india. The leady from qatar airways was saying liquer is not allowed, and also cellphones okay no problem but what about purse and cosmetics items those are ill leagle too?
                            She was not able to answer about that i don't know what should i do i have no idea in india if this happens in usa problem will be cured by the time.

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              I would like to bring to your kind notice that i was cheated by qatar airlines which is a very reputed company in tours & travels market. There was a phone contact in delhi where i met the representative of qatar airlines, named ms. Era bhasin, to get a kerala honeymoon package.

                              I sent a query regarding the package for kerala to qatar airlines in 31st oct, 2017 for travel dates from dec 6th dec to 12th dec. I was given the package of approx. 80000/- (Inclusive of airfare). I immediately confirmed as it suited my needs and budget. The intention of booking so early was to get good deal and i was assured of it. I paid the amount as asked by tour operator. The package included - stay in best hotel with candle light dinner, bed decoration, wine bottle and cake. Just a day before travel, we were told that the hotels will be changed due to cyclone as they were unable to give us accommodation in on the booked hotels. But it turned out to be a disaster hotel and nothing was given as promised. More so, to our surprise when we reached to another destination we were told that the rooms were changed and so was the hotel. The booking of the houseboat was changed without any prior notice and the person concerned was drunk and misbehaved when asked for help. I was said that the sightseeing cost like museum and other places will have a prebooked entry for us. But as soon as we landed at the sights we were again charged the respected entry fees.

                              How can the operator be so irresponsible. She made false promises for the honeymoon package and charged such a hefty amount. There was no assistance as said. During the tour when we called her for help she was not available. Such unprofessional and forged attitude from a senior manager of a brand like qatar was unexpected. We relied on a big brand for an important journey but got false promises. We paid[protected]/- extra compared to other tour package and received pathetic treatment that ruined the tour and left a disturbing impression of yours. We will never take any tours from your company in future and will also make sure my known ones also don't approach you.

                              Although it was a bad experience, i would appreciate if you can look into this matter and raise the issue with the concerned authorities. I insist on getting a refund of all the things promised and not given. All the plans and money given to was in vain. It was not only financial loss but emotional hurt as well. The way we were treated was highly unacceptable. Also action should be taken against the concerned person as that would let me think about using your services again.

                                  I have received an email from Qatar airways saying that there is a vacancy in indian so please deposit a security amount of 9, 650. And today is the last day inveiew is in mumbai, however its also written that the money is refundable. But there is no account number provided its only given the bank name, but there us no account holders name, please look into this matter .. iam confused..

                                    My name is beena rachel chandy, united states of america citizen (Passport no.[protected]. I want to file a complaint against qatar airways for its inhuman treatment and total lack of consideration which caused me physical and mental suffering.

                                    I traveled from boston on august 5th, 2016 to kochi, via doha. I traveled with two young children and we reached kochi on august 7th, morning.
                                    On the return flight, i was supposed to fly from kochi to doha, and then doha to boston:

                                    Wednesday, 24 august
                                    Departure: cok kochi, india, 3:45 am
                                    Arrival: doh doha, qatar, 5:45 am

                                    Wednesday, 24 august
                                    Departure: doh, doha, qatar, 8:20 am
                                    Arrival: bos boston, ma, 3:10 pm


                                    But when i reached kochi on tuesday night, 23rd of august, i was told i did not have a confirmed seat on flight number 0515. At the kochi airport, i was told by the supervisor of qatar airways that i would be given food and accommodation in doha. I waited for a long time at kochi airport to know the status of my flight.in the end when they guaranteed my flight from doha to boston the next day, i trusted the people at the counter about the food and accommodation for august 24th.

                                    After i reached doha on august 24th morning, my troubles began. Since i was not issued a boarding pass from kochi, i was given the run around for hours to get my boarding pass. I was told it was not yet time to issue a boarding pass to boston. They told me i had to wait for the american time zones or rules. I waited till the time and then they issued my boarding pass. Then when i took the pass to the counter where they issued food and accommodation, they denied me the service saying i did not fall into the category of getting accommodation. I asked for the supervisor and he told me that i had to remain in the airport terminal for the next 24 hours until the next day's flight to boston and that too, without being provided with any accommodation. Which airline does not provide accommodation to a passenger when their flight is cancelled for 24 hours?

                                    I could not believe this was happening to a person who had a confirmed ticket all the way from kochi to boston. I was travelling alone and i did not have any support or help from the qatar airways.
                                    It is sad that a woman is being treated so badly in a country where women is treated with respect. Thankfully, people downstairs in the information desk were kind enough to help me get a visa and meet with my friends outside. I was not notified before i left home for the kochi airport. If there was change, i should be notified. That did not happen. I was left all alone in the doha airport to deal with this situation.

                                    I have bipolar disorder, and the stress of this whole incident triggered a major bipolar episode as it was mentally and physically a very stressful situation. This whole incident led to a month of suffering and pain both mentally and physically. The incident left me totally worn out physically as well, and i got pneumonia as well. On arriving in boston, the whole incident and the stress that i had undergone due to it led to many sleepless nights which led me to go through a very bad phase and bipolar episode. I was not able to function at my work place, and subsequently put on paid administrative leave till i'm fully recovered both mentally and physically. It is only now that i'm well enough to type out this email, and i wanted to take this matter up with you.

                                    This is a very unfortunate incident which should have never been allowed to happen to any woman travelling alone. I sincerely hope you will take this email seriously and provide remedial measures or compensation, otherwise i have no choice but to take legal action against qatar airlines.
